New “it” restaurant and development

-Restaurateur puts money in The Bank Recently, ate there. They are still going through some growing pains (waitress, albeit a sweety, couldn’t open a bottle of wine!! This is 101 stuff. On the plus side, excellent food. Their version of sticky rice=goodness)
